Pregnancy Yoga

Our pre-natal yoga classes support expectant mothers as they prepare together for the experience of childbirth and motherhood. Yoga movements help relieve discomfort, create space for breath and strengthen the body. Specialist breath-work and guided meditations prepare you for a calm and positive birth. 

Our Sunday 9am class is a gentle movement and breathwork class, focusing on birth preparation. Our Friday 2pm class is a more dynamic movement class, focusing on space, strength and inner-connection.

Open to all women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. Tea served after every class.
