Fridays have just gotten better!

Our new Rest & Renew Friday starts 27 October.

These 90min evening classes offer an opportunity for deep rest and relaxation to restore and renew your body, calm the mind and uplift your spirits. The perfect way to unwind a busy week. Candlelit slow flow Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Somatic Practices or Restorative Yoga will help you to release tension and stress of a busy week and reset your metronome for a wonderful weekend ahead.

Friday 7pm to 8.30pm, £12 drop-in. Please book online to secure your place.

Liz Allan's last classes at Leyton Yoga

For the time being, Liz Allan is teaching her last regular classes at Leyton Yoga this week:

  • Sunday 17 September / 10.30am to 12pm / Vinyasa Flow
  • Monday 18 September / 9.45am to 10.45am / Vinyasa Flow & Meditation
  • Tuesday 19 September / 6.45pm to 7.45pm / Beginners Vinyasa & / 8pm to 9pm / Restorative Yoga

To avoid disappointment, please book those classes in advance online as we expect them to be busy. 

Liz will also be teaching several workshops at Leyton Yoga until the end of the year:

  • Friday 29 September / 7pm to 9pm / Navaratri Sadhana / £21
  • Saturday 30 September / 2pm to 4.30pm / Release Neck, Shoulder & Jaw Tension / £25

Pilates at Leyton Yoga

We are very excited to announce that Becca Evans is teaching a new Pilates class at Leyton Yoga every Thursday from 11am—12pm.

Pilates is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. Pilates focuses on engaging the mind and body together to create exercises that involve the whole person. A low impact exercise, Pilates is great for people ages 10-100. Strengthening the core, improving balance, increasing coordination and decreasing stress, Pilates supports the body to move without pain in all aspects of life from sitting, to running to shooting yourself out of a cannon!

Book online with MindBody

Leyton Yoga has teamed up with MindBody to provide online class bookings. It's easy to find and book a class using the MindBody app, which is available from the Apple App Store and from Google Play.

Don't forget, you can still drop into classes without a booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
