Fridays have just gotten better!

Our new Rest & Renew Friday starts 27 October.

These 90min evening classes offer an opportunity for deep rest and relaxation to restore and renew your body, calm the mind and uplift your spirits. The perfect way to unwind a busy week. Candlelit slow flow Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Somatic Practices or Restorative Yoga will help you to release tension and stress of a busy week and reset your metronome for a wonderful weekend ahead.

Friday 7pm to 8.30pm, £12 drop-in. Please book online to secure your place.
