Leyton's original Yoga studio since 2014
Our original studio - Midland - is an oasis of calm in the Midland Business Centre just down from the Leyton Midland Overground Station in the direction of the Bakers Arms area.
Throughout the pandemic we've been running covid-secure Yoga and Pilates classes, courses and workshops. We're now back open for 2022 with a wide range of in-person and livestream classes. If you're interested in starting Yoga or getting back into it we run a 4-session beginners course each month.
We also have four new membership paths, to help you start / ease back into / deepen your Yoga and Pilates practice, or support your Motherhood Journey. They have a £90 monthly subscription at their base, with free workshops providing additional value.
Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner, our schedule of expertly taught Yoga and Pilates classes will nurture, challenge and inspire you. Our regular workshops & courses are longer sessions curated to provide a deeper understanding of a specific topic. What we offer

Daily yoga classes for all levels and styles. We offer traditional hatha, vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, yoga nidra, pregnancy and postnatal, mum & baby, Ashtanga, Iyengar, kirtan and more. We now also offer Mat Pilates.
WORKSHOPS, COURSES & RETREATS
Workshops for beginners as well as advanced practitioners, touching all aspects of Yoga. We also offer a Postnatal Pilates workshop. To deepen your practice and explore new things.
A wide range of practitioners providing services such as massage, naturopathy, iridology, kinesiology, psychotherapy, pure energy healing, craniosacral therapy, tarot and others.
We do offer beginners classes! Specific beginners classes are on Wednesday evening 8PM, Saturday 12.30 PM and Sunday 12.30 PM. We also do have classes that are beginners-friendly like our Tuesday 11 AM class and our Saturday 10.30 AM class. When you join a class that is not specifically for beginners, just tell our teachers you are a beginner and they'll be happy to offer you options more suitable to your experience.
