Leyton's original Yoga studio since 2014
Our studio is an oasis of calm on the first floor of Mainyard Studios just down from the Leyton Midland Overground Station in the direction of the Bakers Arms area.
Throughout the pandemic we've been running covid-secure Yoga and Pilates classes, courses and workshops. We're now fully open with a wide range of in-person and livestream classes. If you're interested in starting Yoga or getting back into it we run a 3-session beginners yoga course each month.
For 2023 we have a new simplified membership option: unlimited Yoga & Pilates + a free workshop each month for £90 per month. Follow this link to learn more.
Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner, our schedule of expertly taught Yoga and Pilates classes will nurture, challenge and inspire you. Our regular workshops & courses are longer sessions curated to provide a deeper understanding of a specific topic. What we offer
We also offer 1-2-1 yoga, mentoring for teachers and practitioners, and hire of the studio for certain types of events. If you are interested, get in touch.
We do offer beginners classes! Specific beginners classes are on Wednesday evening 8PM, Saturday 12.30 PM and Sunday 12.30 PM. We also do have classes that are beginners-friendly like our Tuesday 11 AM class and our Saturday 10.30 AM class. When you join a class that is not specifically for beginners, just tell our teachers you are a beginner and they'll be happy to offer you options more suitable to your experience.
