The mental, physical and spiritual benefits of Yoga are now widely known and accepted across the world. It's a beautiful practise for everybody, no matter your age, sex or level of physical fitness. You take the classes at your own pace, choosing the options that are comfortable for you.

The very best way to start with Yoga is with a dedicated beginners course, taking you through all the basics. Which is why in this membership package we include our 4-session beginners course for free. 

The March Beginners course runs Saturday 14:30 - 16:00 on 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th Mar. 


Session 1:  
- Introduction - why do you want to learn Yoga?
- Brief introduction about Yoga. The different styles and aspects of Yoga.
- Basic breathing (pranayama)
- Warming up & sun salutation

Session 2: 

- What we learned last time

- Standing postures (basic embodied anatomy)

- Forward bends & seated postures

Session 3:

- What we learned so far

- Balance, twists, basic inversions

- Restorative practices

Session 4:

- Backbends

- Flowing through postures - Vinyasa (putting everything together!)

- Meditation


We recommend you start committing to at least two Yoga sessions per week. We recommend you start with beginners and open level classes to gently build your strength and flexibility and then try out our many different styles and teachers to find your own preferences.

Our in-person beginners classes currently run Wednesday 18:00 - 19:00 and Sunday 12:30 - 13:30. In addition we have open level yoga classes on Monday 12:30 - 13:30, Thursday 17:30 - 18:30, Friday 13:00 - 13:45 and Saturday 10:00 - 11:30. We also have an open level Pilates class on Wednesday at 19:30 - 20:30, and we encourage you to try this as a complementary practise.

To start, click below to purchase your monthly subscription - you can choose to start anytime and we recommend you start now! Once you've purchased the subscription you'll be able to book any classes on our schedule.

We'll then contact you to book you into your preferred beginners course and answer any queries you have about classes.


After three months you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing us, and you'll be able to use your membership up until the end of the current month and we won't take your next monthly payment.
