Have you always wanted to take some time to break down more complex asanas and understand what it takes to build strength and engage the right muscles to perform them with ease?
In this workshop we are going to look at the crow and side crow and what it takes to build the strength in our shoulders, arms and core and trust ourselves to balance.
We are going to start with a short practice designed to warm up the key muscles and then take some time to build the components for this powerful asana.

Don't worry, it's really not about the destination but about the journey. It's about becoming aware of which parts of the body we need to engage to slowly find the strength and the confidence to dive into this beautiful posture.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have a deeper understanding on how to practice at home and who knows that you might already 'fly' a bit in class.

A personal note from Leti

I personally find this pose beneficial for the health of my back. Over the years it helped me prevent back pain and develop a deep body awareness to engage my deep abdominal muscles as well as being the base for other arm balances. EVERYONE is welcome, this is an inclusive workshop so join us!
