Often people want to do Yoga at home, but they don't know where to start. Yes, many online platfroms, including YouTube, can help you practice at home, but how nice would it be if you were able to build your own customised practice and get inspired by it?

This workshop will look at the setting, intentions, sequences, breathing and meditative practices.


Moreover, we will look at how to adapt our Hatha Yoga to the time of the day we are practising, to any injuries or specific needs.

You'll come home with a few structures that you can start to follow at home, an understanding of how to use props effectively and the motivation to create a plan for your new routine!

What to bring 

A journal / notepad to take notes, draw, write your comments and intentions!
