Suitable for all teens: no previous experience necessary. Feel focused, have fun, keep calm and centred. Yoga for teenagers is a fantastic way for young people aged 11+ to develop the skills that are going to serve them for life. Yoga for teenagers at Leyton Yoga gives young people the space to move, stretch, breathe, develop strength, flexibility and build resilience. These fun classes are taught by a teen yoga specialist and will empower each young person to develop their potential whilst connecting with friends. As well as the physical benefits of moving, yoga for teenagers supports young people as they face challenges and new experiences, allowing teenagers to grow into balanced, compassionate adults.
