Our lovely original studio at Midland Business Centre is a quiet oasis in the middle of the buzzing highstreet of Leyton. The studio is located just a few minutes from the Leyton Midland overground, that's why so many of our students come from outside Leyton. It's lovely to have a diverse community.
Below you can see some photos from our studio, some are pre-covid. 😄 We love staying connected to the possibility that soon we will be able to let go of the covid-restrictions. But for now, it's important to make sure that everyone feels safe when they join our in-person classes.
We offer hybrid classes, which means they are both in-person and livestream. We recommend you review our guidance on how to attend our in-person classes, which covers our key covid-secure processes, one of which is to bring your own mat and desired props as we are not offering any mats or props at this time except for Yin and Pregnancy Yoga classes.
