Vinyasa Yoga

These modern, slow-flowing classes focus on physical alignment, breathwork and personal exploration. Sweat, strengthen and stretch your way towards a more profound experience of the true Self.

We do not recommend Vinyasa Yoga classes during pregnancy. Our pregnancy yoga classes are tailored to the needs of expectant mothers.

Beginners Vinyasa

In these classes, you will learn the basics of breathing, movement and posture. Basic classes are ideal for those new to yoga and those who want to deepen their foundation, as well as people working with injuries.

All-level Vinyasa

These classes are open to all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners.

The teacher always adapts the class according to the students, and in an all-level class, you might hear a phrase like “If you are new to yoga, do option A, if you practice regularly, do option B…”.

So the challenge for you in an all-level class might be to stay put in option A while everyone else in the room does option B.

Advanced Vinyasa

These classes are for more experienced practitioners who have a good grounding in the principles of breathing and asana.

Advanced classes work on a deeper physical and psychological level, introducing more challenging asanas, including deep backbends and inversions.

Advanced classes are not suitable for beginners or pregnant students.

Prana Vinyasa

This all-level class is an elemental, flowing yoga practice that builds strength, fluidity, and balance. Classes involve a progression of namaskars (elemental salutations), integrative sequences leading to peak asanas (postures). The class becomes a movement meditation helping you connect to the flow of life, and the power to transform & renew.

Vinyasa & Meditation

Our Vinyasa & Meditation class combines a slow-flowing Vinyasa practice with a grounding and relaxing meditation at the end of the class to get you ready for the day ahead.

Vinyasa yoga focuses on physical alignment, breath-work and personal exploration.

Sweat, strengthen and stretch your way towards a more profound experience of the true Self.

Suitable for all levels, no previous experience in yoga asana or meditation needed.
