An invitation to rest into stillness - Join us for 75minutes of deeply restorative yin yoga. Everyone is welcome.


Yin yoga is a floor-based practice where we hold poses for several minutes. We offer the use of props to support the body, making this practice accessible to all.


The stillness of the practice allows for deep opening for the body and mind. Breathwork and meditative attention are integral to the practice and will allow you the space and time to connect with yourself and rest deeply.
