🌟 A monthly unlimited membership (3 months minimum) of unlimited Yoga and Pilates - attend any of our classes across a wide range of styles and teachers, including beginners, open level and more advanced.


🌟 Free Yoga Nidra and Sound Journey session each month (normally £20 each). Dates are usually the 3rd Sunday of every month 18:00 - 19:00. Attend any or all of them!

As someone who has done Yoga and/or Pilates in the past you well know the benefits of the practice. For everyone life can interrupt routines and our practices can fall away. We've especially seen this in the pandemic.

This programme is designed to allow you to re-commit to your practice, while easing into it.

We recommend you start committing to at least two Yoga sessions per week. We recommend you start with beginners and open level classes to gently build your strength and flexibility and then try out our many different styles and teachers to find your own preferences.

Our in-person beginners classes currently run Wednesday 18:00 - 19:00 and Sunday 12:30 - 13:30. In addition we have open level yoga classes on Monday 12:30 - 13:30, Thursday 17:30 - 18:30, Friday 13:00 - 13:45 and Saturday 10:00 - 11:30. We also have an open level Pilates class on Wednesday at 19:30 - 20:30, and we encourage you to try this as a complementary practice.

To start, click below to purchase your monthly subscription - you can choose to start anytime in February and we recommend you start now!

We'll then contact you to book you in all or some of the Yoga Nidra and Sound Journeys and answer any queries you have about classes.

 

After three months you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing us, and you'll be able to use your membership up until the end of the current month and we won't take your next monthly payment.
