Based on the current government roadmap, we're back to in-person group Yoga and Pilates classes from 17th May. In early May, once this is confirmed we'll finalise our schedule for these classes.
Our original studio - Leyton Yoga - Midland - is an oasis of calm in the Midland Business centre just down from the Leyton Midland Overground Station in the direction of the Bakers Arms area.
On the 5th September 2020, we started running classes in a second studio, referred to as Leyton Yoga - Trinity, in Leytonstone. These classes are currently on hold while we work on a reopening plan.
Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner, our schedule of expertly taught Yoga and Pilates classes will nurture, challenge and inspire you. Our regular workshops & courses are longer sessions curated to provide a deeper understanding of a specific topic. We do offer beginners classes! Specific beginners classes are on Wednesday evening 8PM, Saturday 12.30 PM and Sunday 12.30 PM. We also do have classes that are beginners-friendly like our Tuesday 11 AM class and our Saturday 10.30 AM class. When you join a class that is not specifically for beginners, just tell our teachers you are a beginner and they'll be happy to offer you options more suitable to your experience.

What a gem! The class size was small and intimate so we all got lots of individual attention. The studio itself is really cosy - we had tea after our class! Our class was firm but very accessible and I felt I had time to both stretch and relax. Excellent place! Highly recommend!
