A special programme for Mums to be or new Mums who want to support their Motherhood journey.
£90 per month for minimum of 3 months.

This programme is designed to support you all along your motherhood journey - from 2nd trimester up to crawling -  with Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Pilates, Mum & Baby Yoga and Mums Baby Massage. The connection with other expectant and new mums is also a major benefit of the programme!

You will be supported by our amazing Motherhood team - Rosie, Haydee, Sarah, Shana, Paulina, Sian - six passionate and talented teachers! Meet the team here ->

This membership path is open to any Mum to be or new Mum, whether you've got experience with Yoga and Pilates or not. Our pregnancy and postnatal classes are Open Level so you'll be looked after whatever your experience. The current starting point in the journey is from start of 2nd trimester - we don't recommend you do Yoga in the 1st trimester.

The programme includes:

🌟 A monthly unlimited membership (3 months minimum) of unlimited Yoga and Pilates - attend any of our pregnancy or postnatal classes across a wide range of styles and teachers. At least 6-weeks after birth and when you're feeling ready you're also free to attend any of our general classes, although during pregnancy we recommend you stick to the pregnancy classes only. 

🌟A free pregnancy focused workshop (normally £20). These run 17:00 - 18:30 on the 2nd Sunday of every month. 

🌟A free women's circle each month while you're on the programme (normally £13 each). These run 19:00 - 20:00 on the 2nd Sunday of every month. Attend any or all of them!

🌟A free Mums Baby Massage 5-session course (normally £60 each) which run every 5-weeks on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons.

In addition to the workshops we recommend you commit to at least two Yoga or Pilates sessions per week.

To start, click below to purchase your monthly subscription - you can choose to start anytime and we recommend you start now!

We'll then contact you to book you into your pregnancy yoga workshop and Mums Baby Massage Course of choice and answer any queries you have about classes.


After three months you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing us, and you'll be able to use your membership up until the end of the current month and we won't take your next monthly payment.

Also, if you start while pregnant then at birth we will pause the monthly subscription for 6-weeks, as it's generally not advised to do Yoga or Pilates for 6 weeks after birth. During that time you will be able to attend the free Women's Circle and Mums Baby Massage course if you're feeling up to it!
