Have you recently had a baby and are thinking of exercising but don't know where to start?


The low-impact nature of Pilates training is very suitable for postpartum recovery and is one of the best forms of self-care mums can do.


Our Postnatal Pilates certified instructor Paulina will guide you safely through a series of exercises to promote better posture and enhanced awareness in your "new" post-baby body.


What you will take away from the course:


• Learn exercises (theory and practice) that restore your core and pelvic floor muscles. Movement promotes both mental & physical health.


• Regain confidence and move safely. Easy to follow exercises suitable for all types of birth recovery (suitable post 8 weeks vaginal birth and post 12 weeks caesarean birth; or as instructed by the doctor).


• Feel empowered exercising and start rebuilding your full body functional strength at a pace that works for you.

 

• We'll make the recording of exercises available to download after the course so you can continue your journey into motherhood and self-care with regular practice at a time that suits you best.
