We want you to enjoy your time at Leyton Yoga and get the best out of your Yoga experience. - that's why it's important to join the right level class, where you feel safe, at ease and included.
We've provided a description below of what to expect in each level. If you have any questions, feel free to speak to our teachers or get in touch! As always, if you have an injury, illness, if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby, let the teacher know and they can offer options that best suit you.
L0 : Beginners. Complete beginners (fewer than 5 sessions)
L1 : Minimum experience required, basic understanding of poses. People with injuries, or those who haven't done Yoga for a while and want to refresh the basics
L2 : Some experience needed. More challenging asanas, and breathing techniques. Classes may integrate more meditation and subtle practices.
L3 : Experienced students. A challenging class with deep focus and awareness on both a physical and mental level.
Open: Open to all levels (complete beginners included)
