We're back with in person Yoga and Pilates since 17th May, and are running with covid-secure processes to keep you safe.

 

For group classes book via the schedule below or directly on the Mindbody booking tool or mobile app if you prefer. For Workshops head over to the separate booking schedule in that section of this site.

 

 We require you to have opted in to receive Schedule Updates by email so that you receive the Zoom link for livestream classes or up-to-date covid guidance for in-person classes. If unsure please check your Subscriptions under Account Info before you book by logging in here. By booking you are accepting our terms and conditions. Levels

We want you to enjoy your time at Leyton Yoga and get the best out of your Yoga experience. That's why it's important to join the right level class, where you feel safe, at ease and included.


We've provided a description below of what to expect in each level. If you have any questions, feel free to speak to our teachers or get in touch! As always, if you have an injury, illness or have recently had a baby, let the teacher know and they can offer options that best suit you. If you are pregnant please attend only our pregnancy yoga classes, available from start of 2nd trimester - see here for more detail.

L0 : Beginners. Complete beginners (fewer than 5 sessions)

L1 : Minimum experience required, basic understanding of poses. People with injuries, or those who haven't done Yoga for a while and want to refresh the basics

L2 : Some experience needed. More challenging asanas, and breathing techniques. Classes may integrate more meditation and subtle practices. 

L3 : Experienced students. A challenging class with deep focus and awareness on both a physical and mental level.
