Creating your self-care toolkit: a women's workshop exploring holistic wellbeing
Treat yourself to an afternoon of building your personal toolkit with nutrition, lifestyle habits, mindset and movement. You'll leave with knowledge and techniques to help you feel more energised, balanced and resilient.
Registered Nutritionist Jodie Abrahams and Yoga teacher and Sound Facilitator Letizia Ghisletta will lead you through an understanding of nutrition to support your resilience to stress, intention-setting to make your self-care commitments a reality, a restorative yin yoga session and a yoga Nidra to create deep relaxation. At the end of the workshop, Jodie and Leti will be joined by Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist Tara Rivero Zea for smaller group sessions discussing the benefits of their therapies for continuing self-care.
