We are slowly returning to in-person courses and workshops with reduced numbers and extra safety measures. Many of the courses and workshops below are livestream only, so you can take part from the comfort of your home!

We know that sometimes a standard class is not enough to experience the vastness of Yoga. We care about self development as shared in the Yoga sutras: Svadhyaya (self-study) is essential to one's growth. We also want to offer related but not strictly Yoga workshops and courses in life and health, including Baby Massage, Self Care and more.
