We're now back running hybrid in-person and livestream workshops and courses, so you can choose to attend in a way that's comfortable to you.
We know that sometimes a standard class is not enough to experience the vastness of Yoga. We care about self development as shared in the Yoga sutras: Svadhyaya (self-study) is essential to one's growth. We also want to offer related but not strictly Yoga workshops and courses in life and health, including Baby Massage, Self Care and more.

DADS BABY MASSAGE WORKSHOp part 1&2
Livestream £15 each part.

Part 2: Sun TBC Aug 15:00 - 16:30
Part 1 focuses on Chest, Arms, Face and Back.
Part 2 focuses on Legs, Arms and Tummy.
These 1.5 hour workshops will give dads the tools and confidence they need to massage their babies to support their comfort and development.
MUMS BABY MASSAGE COURSE
5 session course

Through baby massage we begin to understand and interpret our baby's behaviours and cues, strengthening the bond between you and your baby.
warm hands: adjust yourself in yoga workshop

In this hour and a half long workshop we will explore self massage, adjustments and restorative poses which will give you a greater sense of ease and joy in your yoga practise.
