Free time

The rest of the time will be free to do as you please… going on forest hikes, visits to local temples, reading in the orchard, watching birds, swimming in the river etc.

If time allows consider taking an extra few days on either side of the retreat to help you acclimatize, get over jet lag and enjoy spending more time in the stunning Himalayas.
