YOGA SELF PRACTICE LAB

Have you always wanted to take some extra time to focus on a specific posture, sequence or pranayama technique under the guidance of a teacher who is there to follow your development and challenges?
This 90 min workshop is designed to have people work on anything they want. The teacher will be there to help you go deeper into your practice, offering cues, adjustments and suggestions to help you improve whatever posture/s or sequences you are bringing to the workshop.
You will be able to ask questions, understand the critical actions necessary to move forward and perhaps plan the following practices at home. All this in a small, friendly and down-to-earth environment with other yoginis and yogis!
14:00 - 14:20 Set up + mini flow all together
14:20 - 15:15 Your practice (bring postures, sequences, pranayama techniques you want to work on)
15:15 - 15:30 Savasana all together + reflections
