Abby's classes are for anyone who wants space to breathe, move and unwind. Expect a different flow each week, always with a focus on calming the nervous system, building strength, and playing with a bit of creative movement. And, of course, moving to a good playlist. Abby believes every body is a yoga body, so she'll always offer modifications and guidance to help you feel good, rather than trying to 'look' a certain way. Her focus is on helping you unlock stress-related holding patterns in your body.
Abby's first yoga teacher was her mum, and since then she's trained with various teachers and styles, including vinyasa, therapeutic yoga, yin and mindfulness. But whatever style she's practicing, Abby believes yoga is the place where you can slow down and come back home to your body. Today, she enjoys holding space to help others do the same.
