Abby's classes are for anyone who wants space to breathe, move and come back home to themselves. She teach a mindful flow with a focus on breath, presence and somatic movement, with the intention of unlocking stress-related holding patterns in the body and nervous system. Abby's first yoga teacher was her mum, and since then she's trained with various teachers and styles, including vinyasa, therapeutic yoga, yin and mindfulness. Like most yogis, the journey here was bumpy. After growing up with a bone condition and then getting sucked into a hectic, fast-paced career in London, she began battling with repeated burnouts, anxiety and stress issues, and neck pain. For Abby, yoga is the place where she can slow down, figure out what's really going on, and rebuild the relationship with her body. Today, she enjoys helping create that space for others.
