Teaching Yoga since 2010, Alexandra’s classes release tension, improve body awareness, and nurture physical and mental health. Traditional Hatha yoga combines with techniques from contemporary somatic practices such as Body Mind Centering and Feldenkrais. Cultivate joy in moving, and challenge yourself at your own pace in classes which have a warm, inclusive, and non-judgemental atmosphere. Alexandra believes that deep rest and relaxation are essential and always includes a complete Savasana or a Yoga Nidra practice in every class.
