Alice Panascia

Alice’s yoga journey began as a teenager in her hometown in Italy when she became passionate about the power of deep breathing, its meditative quality, and the enhancement of body-mind communication. She moved to London in her twenties and practised different styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Scaravelli yoga. She completed her 500 hrs teacher training with British Wheel of Yoga and her own style developed around classical Hatha with a fluid and creative approach. For the last few years, she has balanced being a mother with teaching a wide variety of classes including prenatal, postnatal, baby, toddler and children’s yoga classes. Alice’s overall aim is to always make yoga fun, empowering and accessible to everyone.
