Charlotte Guezian

Charlotte Guezian Yoga Teacher

Yoga has been in and out of my life for over 15 years. It has anchored me through difficult times, it has been by my side as I lived in 3 different countries, travelled the world, it has helped me through injuries, complicated pregnancy, grief, eating disorder and helps me today navigating motherhood.
Yoga always brings me home to myself. It helps me to pause, to accept my body, to accept me as I am.
I’m trained in Hatha, vinyasa, restorative, perinatal and children’s Yoga, and have been teaching since 2015. I first travelled to India to explore its classical roots, completing a 200hr TTC in Rishikesh, since I have completed over 400 hours of training, lucky to have trained with some of my favourite teachers and mentors: Doug Keller, Judith Hanson Lasater, Sally Parkes
My classes are accessible to all levels and all bodies. My style of teaching is embodied and focused on what feels good rather than looks good.
I believe that aiming to help people understand movement should be joyful and sustainable while teaching them the ability to nurture kindness and compassion towards themselves, giving them the tools to process emotions, self-regulate in times of stress, and bring ease, into the exhausting and overly demanding world we live in.
