Charlotte Van Der Byl
Charlotte came to yoga over 25 years ago and has been teaching since 2003 inspired by the methods of Vanda Scaravelli. She has also recently inspired by her training in craniosacral therapy. An experienced teacher, Charlottes classes are gentle and meditative but also demanding and fun! Working with an understanding and sensitivity to how the body works the classes develop core awareness while releasing tension and creating length through the spine. This yoga therapy alleviates physical tension , calms emotional stress and brings feelings of space, freedom and joy through movement for her students.
