Davia Peris

Davia has been practicing yoga since 2013 when a badly hurting shoulder made her step foot into a hot yoga studio for the first time. The combination of heat and movement worked and as the shoulder began to recover, Davia fell deeply in love with the practice. She has since practiced various styles of yoga including Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin before committing herself to the practice of Anusara Yoga. Davia qualified as a Yoga teacher in 2019 having completed her 200 h teacher training under Bridget Woods Kramer. Her classes are well-rounded and almost always involve a theme which hopefully leaves students inspired to take the yoga off the mat.
