Dora Sek

My love of yoga began in childhood and grew into a passion for teaching which has taken me
across Europe and India.
My teacher training journey started in Rishikesh, India (where I lived) and I now have a thousand
hours of training across physical practice, meditation and yoga philosophy.
I specialise in a range of complimentary yoga styles including Ashtanga, Power, Vinyasa, Hatha,
Yin and Meditation.
I endeavour to share the great benefits that yoga holds to my students.
Through the use of clear instructions, modifications, props and hands-on adjustments my students
can learn to extend their breath, increase the strength and flexibility, avoid injuries, minimise
distractions and of course have fun.
