Hanine Waked

Hanine teaches yoga as a practice of moving you to a greater understanding of yourself. Trained
in Vinyasa Flow and Traditional Tantric Hatha of the Sri Vidya lineage, Hanine’s classes are
soft yet strong, with an emphasis on yogic philosophy and the power of breath. Postures are
explored as a means to journey within and to sharpen awareness not just of the physical but of
the subtle body too. Her goal as a teacher is to empower you to guide yourself and find the
teacher within, to tune into the meaning of your practice. So whether you intend to practice
yoga to simply nourish and strengthen your body, calm a busy mind or harness greater spiritual
and self-awareness, Hanine offers a rounded practice to help support and inspire, along with a
personable, playful and lighthearted approach to teaching that welcomes and supports all.
