Harriet Allmark Harriet’s regular yoga practice began 10 years ago at a time when she was looking to find more peace, clarity, and balance in her life. Harriet is deeply passionate about sharing yoga with others so that they too can experience the abundant benefits of this magical, multi-faceted practice. She teaches a slow, mindful, alignment-focused style of yoga suitable for all levels of practitioner. Her classes aim to empower the individual to tune into their own innate wisdom through building an awareness of the felt sensations of the breath and the body. She completed triyoga’s highly regarded two-year teacher training (350hrs) under the guidance of senior teachers Anna Ashby and Tony Watson.
