Approaching yoga as a holistic practice, Haydee’s teaching style reflects an extraordinary sensitivity and patience. Her classes can be challenging at times but, nurturing and welcoming to everybody: from the newbies, to the more physically advanced; she unites us all by reminding us to honour our own individual’s limits. through Vinyasa, her classes focus on the synchronisation between breath and the physical sequence from asana (posture) to asana. This synchronisation helps us to be more present during the physical practice and helps us to see the connection between the physical body and the mind. Haydee demonstrates a depth of commitment and passion to yoga in each of her weekly classes, encouraging us to see and treat ourselves and our bodies in a way that is respectful, empowering and inspiring.
