Kate is currently on Maternity Leave. Kate first discovered yoga practise more than 7 years ago while she was working stressful PR job and needed a way to relax. With a background in contemporary dance physical practice was what Kate was instantly hooked on, further interest in meditation and mindfulness followed few years later while Kate was spending time in yoga centres in India and Thailand. Kate teaches vinyasa, prenatal yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Her classes are mix of slow yet strong movement with elements of pranayama and meditation. In her prenatal classes expect variety of moves with lots of props and long relaxation in the end to allow the space to connect to your baby.
