My yoga journey began in 2007 over night when a friend took me along to a yoga class. Immediately, I discovered a deep connection between my own body, mind and soul. I was finally able to relax, to let go and to experience inner peace while my body got stronger and my chronic headaches and migraines soon were a memory of the past.
I am certified to teach Sivananda Yoga studied in India, Himalayan Hatha Yoga taught by Yogi Ashokananda, Vinyasa Flow by Mimi Kuo-Deemer, Yoga for Insomnia by Lisa Sanfilippo and Yin Yoga by Sebastian Pucelle &
I love to teach a more therapeutical and mindful Slow Flow with great focus on breathing as well as Yin Yoga that allow you to take an even more mindful, meditative and spiritual approach to your yoga practice. My passion is to help you create a deep connection between your mind, body and soul through my classes that create space and stillness and leave you with peace of mind.
