Rosie has been practising yoga for 14 years and teaching for nearly 4. Through her strong and precise flows she aims to deepen students understanding of and connection to their bodies, allowing them to build strength, mobility and grace. Rosie studies and communicates spiritual teachings through her own experiences, so that people are able to relate to these ancient texts in the context of their own lives. Rosie has trained in vinyasa, restorative, prenatal, postnatal and baby yoga and baby massage.
