My name is Shana and I’ll be teaching Tuesday’s Vinyasa Flow yoga and Sunday’s prenatal sessions.
I’m extremely passionate about yoga and mindfulness and the impact it can have on the human body. I believe in having an inclusive yoga practice and that ANYBODY can start practicing yoga regardless of age, shape or experience.
I believe showing up is the first step in being brave and taking control of one’s own mental and physical well-being.
