Shanti has 10+ years of practising experience in everything from Vinyasa and Ashtanga to restorative and meditation. She has consciously made radical life changes to pursue a yogic lifestyle focusing on creating a sattvic mind. With her traditional Hatha training (400hrs) in India from the Shivananda lineage she teaches with a strong focus on proper breathing, proper relaxation and Vedanta philosophy. Committed to her Indian heritage and the lineage she gives students a chance to not only practise asanas but also give you mind and soul experience in class. Shanti has also completed Relax & Renew® level 1 with renowned teacher Judith Hanson Lasater in San Francisco and is very passionate about the restorative practise giving students the opportunity to connect to themselves and heal from the inside out.
