Tehneyat is a friendly, caring and deeply committed Yogini and Yoga teacher. She has studied practices that originate from areas in Kashmir (Kashmir Shaivism) and South East Asia (Buddhism) where her family is from.
As such, these practices, teachings and traditions deeply resonate within her and inform her daily practice.
Growing up in Copenhagen, Nordic philosophies of simplicity, aesthetics, nature and quality inspired her way of life; yet it was the immense pressure and stress experienced during her corporate life that propelled her to dive into meditation and yoga practices in search of balance and inner peace.
Her prerogative is for you to take home a practice that you can easily apply to every aspect of your daily life.
