Physicist turned yogi, Natalie describes herself as "scientifically spiritual".

She is fascinated by the eight-limbed approach of Ashtanga yoga and is particularly passionate about sharing pranayama (breath techniques / control techniques).
She has trained with Ashtanga masters all over the world and most inspired by Gregor Maehle, from whom she has learned the traditional pranayama and meditation techniques taught by the late.

Natalie's warm and welcoming teaching style will make even better beginners feel right at home in their Ashtanga practice, with options to suit everyone. Her classes are dynamic with a strong focus on breath technique in the tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa.
