Fleur comes from a performing and dance background and found Yoga after a back injury and suffering from depression.
She trained in Pilates in 2006 and found it invaluable for her yoga practice and loves combining the two to support her students needs.
She started training in Yoga teaching in 2015 in India and U.K. starting with Ashtanga, Rocket Vinyasa and then went on to train in Yin and meditation, pre and postnatal yoga and various other forms like Forrest yoga and Mandala Flow.
